Monthly Home Watch
Each month we perform a thorough inspection of your property, interior and exterior.
Safety and Security:
- Inspect the panel for any tripped breakers.
- Test and clean CO/smoke detectors.
- Ensure all doors and windows are secured to prevent break-ins.
- Check for any damage caused by severe weather conditions.
Preventive Care:
- ?????Examine for signs of water leaks or damage.
- ?????Examine for leaks or drips in sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, and washing machine.
- Look out for indicators of mold and mildew.
- Confirm the A/C is cooling effectively; adjust thermostat and humidistat as needed.
- Check the main water valve is turned off after inspection.
Routine Upkeep:
- Conduct a visual examination for signs of insects and rodents.
- Scrutinize weather seals on doors, windows & garage.
- Walk the exterior to assess pool condition, screening, and any signs of vandalism.
Reporting:
- Complete a detailed checklist after each inspection.
- Take photos of potential concerns.
- Send updated list and photos it to the homeowner.
- Offer options to correct concerns or referral of preferred partners when warranted.
